Pricing
Banquet rooms are rented by the hour. There are minimum hour requirements based on type of event. More hours can be rented. Hours must be continuous.

Saturday Day $200/hr until 4pm, Evening $250/hr
Friday & Sunday Day $150/hr until 4pm, Evening $175/hr

If you rent the ballroom & lounge, you can rent the theater for half price.
50% Deposit reserves your day
Fees include table and chairs we currently have.
Fees do not include food, dishes, linens, flatware or servers.
Pythian Castle has no in-house caterer. You may choose your caterer of choice.
The only limitation is, food may not be prepared on-site. Caterers must bring food in already prepared. A prep room with refrigeration is available for their use. Caterers without their own kitchens to prepare food will not be allowed.
Some leasors of Pythian Castle must provide their own liability coverage naming the Pythian Castle as additionally insured. A minimum of $300,000 for private parties, $1,000,000 for businesses/schools. Additional fee of $200 is charged for those who can not provide their own coverage. Coverage can be found at Private Event Insurance.com
